Great last line.

The story got dark as soon as you mentioned Teletubbies.

Thanks, Meg! There's something about kids shows that we can't trust, a darkness under those expressionless costumes that wants to murder us all. Thankfully, this time, the murdering happened in the other direction.

I never watched Teletubbies growing up; I take it I didn't miss out. Ye gods. If I were a vampire, that would've been the last straw too.

Thankfully my kids never found Teletubbies all that interesting when they were toddlers. Although being subjected to Barney can be just as terrifying... and I was tortured by him as a parent, but my daughter loved him, so there's that. 🤣

Thanks for reading, Michael!

A perfect ending for a boss requiring staff to dress as Teletubbies - like a new remix of Horrible Bosses! I got to thinking how funny it is that you had a vampire being a monotonous code cruncher - pretty funny to visualize that vamps are working in the darkness to optimize computer code for some nefarious reason.

I like the idea of vampires living among us in mundane office jobs, who have figured out how to beat the sun. It could make for an interesting longer story! Thanks for reading and commenting, Dan!

I'm starting to think they need their own horror series. That would be a trip!

A new take on an old legend. Great. Like Robert Bloch (who I admire).

If it leads to this kind of outcome, then I have my reservations about it as well. 😁

If I'm going to end my workday like Alexander, then I'm going to be much happier than ending it like Brad. 😂 Thanks for reading, Caz!
