Thanks Tom! I definitely had a lot of youthful weirdness, but things like video game arcades gave me a fair bit of happiness. They still do when I can find one 😁
Thanks Justin! It does make me wonder what realities are in those other colors. Although, if I knew red would take me back to the arcade then I might choose the same 😁
I don't know if I would like to go back to my younger days sometimes you just have to move forward and never look back. Excellent short story.
There are some experiences I would like to relive, if only to appreciate them more, but I would never want to go back permanently.
Oh yeah, this one is really great--took my back to my own youthful weirdnesses. This one felt very evocative.

Oooo that was a fun one. Makes me want to take a trip down my own memory lane...
Thanks Claire! Being in the arcade was definitely an excuse to relive some nostalgic memories 😁
Great story, Brian. I love the “slips” between different realities. The phone number on his hand at the end was a great detail. Makes you wonder...
And the next time I go out for ice cream, I’m choosing something red! 😄

Intreaging story
Really liked your storJust goes to prove the present is way better than the memory of the past.
Thank you, Pauline! I agree -- I have fond memories of the past, but I would not give up what I have now to go back, even knowing what I know.
